Ping GUO is Assistant Director of China Research Centre on Ageing. He is a seasoned researcher and is skilled at qualitative and quantitative analysis. His specialty areas include Ageing, Elderly Health, Assistive Technology, Elderly Consumption, Elderly Policy and Regulations, and Elderly Service Systems in China and overseas. He currently leads two national research projects and four ministry-level research projects. He has been Associate Managing Director of Journal of Elderly Issue Research and published over 40 articles. His publications include Elderly Care in the U.S., Living Arrangements of Older Persons, Data and Analysis of Elderly Population in China’s Rural and Urban Areas, Blue Book on Population Ageing and Elderly Conditions in China, Research on Social Activities and Psychiatric and Psychological Status of China’s Elderly Population, Positioning Strategy of Government Elderly Care Services, etc.
