Dear Sir/Madam,

You are cordially invited to attend an industry networking event hosted by ICAIA in Shanghai on Wednesday, November 18.

According to China's 90-7-3 policy, skilled nursing homes are expected to cater to seniors who require long term specialized nursing care. This segment is under-developed with inadequate infrastructure and existing facilities do not meet the international quality standards of skilled nursing care, across the spectrum of design, opreations and quality of care.
The event will feature FB Skilled Nursing Company, a Japanese skilled nursing company that has recently established a joint venture with a domestic arhictectural design firm to form CareHome, an integrated senior living service intermediary with the capability of conducting operational designs, architectural planning, human resources training and advisory and consulting.
